IN NO EVENT SHALL GEARWHISPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO GEARWHISPER IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
